Once you've placed your order, the order will be process the same day or the next working day.Then the Dispatch & Delivery times varies for the different products. The specific dispatch and delivery time for each of the products is stated in the Shipping Method section at checkout.

We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:— The item shouldn't have been used in any way, it must be with tags and original wrapping and packaging— The return request is made within 14 days of delivery— The return is in LondonTo ask for a return, please contact our support using our email hello@kidsfavorites.co.ukNon-Returnable products - products delivered in a sealed package cannot be returned after opening the package: MeowBaby Play Sofas and Play Chairs are delivered in a sealed package in which case they cannot be returned after opening the package and the foam is expanded.

Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges but the item can be return to us following the return conditions.

Unfortunately, we don't accept cancellations as most of the items are handmade to order.
