All of our Teepees/ Rockers/ Cocoon Swings products are all handmade to order.
Ready to dispatch: 3 to 5 working days. Please note that some of our teepee designs may take longer to complete, please check each individual listing for the dispatch/completion time.
Delivery time is: 5 to 6 working days.
You can contact us before ordering and we will provide you with estimated dispatch and delivery date.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your GLS tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
KidsFavorites UK is based in London.
If you wish to return your item, please notify us within 7 days after receiving it.
Please send us an email at hello@kidsfavorites.co.uk with your order number and specify the reason for the return.
The return address is in London and it will be provided to you after we acknowledge your return.
You must send the product 2-3 working days after we confirm your return.
All refunds will be processed within 1-3 days of the receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The products must be return in their original wrapping and packaging, they must not be used or damaged.
Please note that we will not accept a return if you haven't informed us within the first 7 days after receiving your order or if you haven't send the product back within 2-3 working after we acknowledge the return.
Please also note that we will not issue a refund if the products don't have their original packaging or if the products have been used or damaged.
If there is a problem with the product, you can declare damages within 3 days after receiving the item, emailing us a photo of the damaged product and your order number. After the 3 days period no damage claims will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we don't accept any cancellation after your purchased your item due to preparation of the order.
However, you can change the colour of the product or the ball colours of the ball pit within a few hours after placing the order. Please email us at hello@kidsfavorites.co.uk if you wish to discuss a change of colour or if you have any other questions.
Exchange Policy
Please note that we don't accept any product exchanges.
